Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

• Item must be in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

To start a return, contact us at info@kanwalboutique.com. Returns must be sent to the address provided by customer service — always contact customer service before returning your items.

Return shipping

If your return is approved, the customer is responsible for arranging and covering all return shipping expenses. Detailed return instructions will be provided. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring the product is returned to us. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

• Certain items cannot be returned, including custom or personalized products.
• Personal care goods (such as beauty products) are non-returnable.
• We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item (once accepted) and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take extra time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
